This is one of the days of the year where we ‘binge’ eat and wake up the next morning feeling the need to reset.
Luckily, there are some detox ideas that you can do that are easy to make, do not take that much time, and even use those leftovers that are hanging around.
Breakfast and/or Afternoon Snack:
After a day of feasting and reconnecting with family, you’ll need to boost your system. This Greek yogurt recipe is geared towards giving you energy and waking up your immune system.
Lunch and/or Dinner:
Its time to use the leftover turkey, and whip up a turkey avocado salad sandwich. This sandwich is a light lunch that is packed with protein, fibre, and belly-blasting healthy fats to keep you going for a few hours.
